PURPOSE:To obtain the title distributor capable of supplying and distributing drinking water to be most urgently supplied in times of emergency by combining a filter, a sterilizing vessel, a final filter, a bag-making and packing machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:A soln. of sodium hypochlorite contained in a chemical tank 4 is injected into raw water in accordance with the flow rate of the raw water to be sent to the filter 2 by a raw water pump 3, the raw water is then supplied to the filter from the supply port 12 of the filter 2 and passed through an upper filtration part provided with many disposable filter elements 8 and a lower filtration part provided with an activated carbon bed 14, and the raw water is filtered. The water is then sent to the sterilizing vessel 17 through a water discharge port 16, sterilizing therein by the aq. soln. of sodium hypochlorite, and filtered by the final filter 18. The water is then sent to a water tank 27 from a water supply pipe 26 and stored in the tank 27. The water is dropped through a water pipe 30 at a specified rate, and packed in a plastic-film bag. The obtained drinking water packs are successively dropped from a chute 36.
