PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having the good sensitivity by combining an electric charge generating material composed of an org. compd. and a specified electric charge transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The titled material is obtd. by combining the charge generating material composed of the org. compd. and the charge transfer material shown by formula I. In formula X, X1 and X2 are each alkyl group having a substituent group such as cyano or alkoxy group, etc., X3 and X4 are cyano group or halogen atom., etc., Y is a hydrocarbon ring or its substituent or a heterocyclic ring group or its substituent. The charge generating layer 2 is obtd. by dissolving the charge generating substance together with a synthetic resin of a binder and a prescribed org. pigment in an org. solvent, and dispersing them ]in said solvent, followed by applying the obtd. solution on an electrically conductive supporting body 1, and drying it. Thus, the electric charge transfer efficiency of the titled material is improved, and the titled material having the high sensitivity is obtd. |
