PURPOSE:To print a specific message on a formed document with a different color, by providing a printing means outputting and printing document information in at least two colors and an adding means adding the message to the aforesaid document information in different colors when the document information is printed out. CONSTITUTION:First, a format (a confidential document or a normal document) of a document to be printed out from now on is set by a PD 7 or a keyboard 8. If that a normal printing is set was identified, the document information stored in a RAM 5b is patterned for one page and developed in a black image area 40 in an image memory 11, and the developed image data is printed out in black by a printer 10. On the other hand, that a confidential document printing is set was identified, image data corresponding to a secret mark and a management number is developed in a red image area 41. After that, the pattern information for one page of the document information in the RAM 5b is developed in the black image area 40 to be printed out synthetically with the image in the red image area 41. |
