PURPOSE:To attain the recording and reproducing of an information signal except an image signal by forming the gap part of a magnetic head at the position away from the central line of a magnetic head in a track width direction. CONSTITUTION:The head is equipped with magnetic heads 10 and 20 for an image signal and a magnetic head 20 for a sound signal which forms the azimuth of an angle theta with the magnetic heads 10 and 20 for the image signal and adjoins with the magnetic heads 10 and 20 for the image signal in a track width Tw direction. Magnetic heads 10, 20 and 30 are thin film magnetic heads and respective heads slide and connect insulating layer gap parts 13a, 23a and 33a sandwiched by upper part magnetic layers 11, 21 and 31 and lower part magnetic layers 12, 22 and 32 to a flexible magnetic recording disk. Here the gap part 33a is formed at the position away from the central line of the magnetic head 30 for the sound signal in a track width direction. Thus, with a satisfactory head touch, the image signal and the sound signal can be recorded and reproduced. |
