PURPOSE:To make replica sampling accuracy uniform and to improve sampling efficiency by inserting a transfer body into a hole to be inspected and injecting an etchant, and applying a film to the injection part and transferring the structure. CONSTITUTION:A casing 4 containing the transfer body which projects freely in the external-diameter direction is provided axially movably in the hole 2 of a turbine rotor, etc., to be inspected. When a metallic structure replica is sampled, a remote operation rod 16 is operated to insert the casing 4 into the hole and the etchant is sprayed from the transfer body 6 to make the metallic structure at the part appear, and the transfer film 9 is pressed against it by an air cylinder 12 to transfer the structure. Then the casing 4 is drawn out. Consequently, the sampling structure requires almost no manual operation, so the sampling accuracy is made uniform and the operation efficiency is improved.
