发明名称 PRINTED BOARD ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at shortening the lead time of production of printed boards by grouping printed boards having one and the same order of process steps, the same kind and a high degree of compatibility of components in one and the same group, and by charging the plates in consideration with the preparatory condition of an automatic inserting machine. CONSTITUTION:The order of charging is determined at the step 1 in accordance with a production plan S1 which is externally determined. Then, at the step 3, a printed board is charged into a production line in accordance with the order of charging. At the step 4, the assembly of thus charged printed board is completed in one step, and is stored on an automatic rotary rack. When a demand is delivered from an automatic inserting machine (I/M), at the step 5, a printed circuit board which does not require a change in preparation from printed boards stored in the rotary rack is determined, and is recharged. Thereafter, the steps 4, 5 are repeated until the assembly is completed.
