PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of a position due to the impression voltage of a potentiometer, by providing a function to correct the deviation of the position due to the fluctuation of the impression voltage of the potentiometer. CONSTITUTION:In the potentiometer 10, a slider is rotated by the rotation of a motor 14, and a slider voltage Ve corresponding to the angle is outputted. The voltage Ve changes based on the change of the impression voltages VH and VL of the potentiometer even when the angle theta of the slider of the potentiometer is constant. Then, a reference straight line which represents relation between the angle theta of the potentiometer and a reference output voltage Ve' is decided, and an output for the angle theta of the potentiometer is standardized, and also, the voltage for the angle theta of the potentiometer is kept constant even when the impression voltage of the potentiometer is fluctuated. A correction processing means performs an arithmetic operation to convert the voltage Ve to the reference output voltage Ve'.
