PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a sufficient burring without the damage on the surface of plastic molding and metal and also without sticking of abrasive material to the surface of the molding by using fine particles made of all aromatic cyclic polyamide as the abrasive material. CONSTITUTION:All aromatic cyclic polyamide such as poly-m-phenylene- isophtalamide is made to be fine particles. The grain size is not defined in particular but the average maximum long diameter is set to be about 10mm or less. The abrasive material is used for a burring method in various kinds of dry blasting. The abrasive material is suitable for the molding such as a resin complex lead frame, solenoid switch, weak electric product and aluminum/ copper punching product made of urea resin, phenol resin or epoxy resin. Thus, it is possible to perform sufficient burring by blasting with the use of the abrasive material without the damage to the surface and also without the sticking of the abrasive material to the surface of the molding.
