The subject of the invention relates to precast reinforced concrete construction elements, methods for manufacturing the latter and the walls obtained. A precast element according to the invention comprises two plane rectangular reinforced concrete panels 2, 3 which are held parallel and apart by layers of reinforcement elements 4, which are connected to the reinforcement elements of the two panels. These elements are used for constructing walls by pouring concrete into the free space 5 between the two panels. One application is the construction of swimming-pool walls. <IMAGE>
