PURPOSE:To construct an underground wall having excellent water-stopping property by connecting stabilizer liquids in an excavated pit. CONSTITUTION:A trench-like pit 12 is excavated while filling it with a stabilizer liquid 0. For this purpose, the pit 2 is excavated down to a given depth, and the liquid 10 is frozen to form an iced wall 16. The iced walls 16 are orderly connected to form an underground wall. Simply removable underground walls free of construction joint having excellent water-stopping property can thus be constructed.
