PURPOSE:To dispense with an expensive power takeoff hydraulic clutch unit by connecting a power takeoff drive shaft to an engine via a dry friction clutch, and fitting a traveling drive shaft externally in this PTO drive shaft, while connecting a speed change hydraulic clutch unit to this traveling drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:A power takeoff drive shaft 5 and a traveling drive shaft 6 externally fitted in the former both are longitudinally set up in a clutch housing and a transmission case in the rearward. And, the PTO drive shaft 5 is projected to the more forward direction than the traveling drive shaft 6 and connected to the front part via a dry friction clutch 7 free of intermittent contact with a flywheel 4 of a crankshaft 3 in an engine 1. And, in an interval between a rear drive shaft 23 of the traveling drive shaft 6 and each of driving gears 40 and 41, there is provided with a dry clutch unit 42 for forward-backward transferring. In addition, the traveling transmission shaft 36 set up in the rear of the rear drive shaft 23 is externally fitted in the PTO drive shaft 5 and simultaneously connected to each rear wheel via a mechanical gear shifter 46 for traveling use.
