<p>PURPOSE:To rigidly stabilize the connecting state of a laminated coil by spirally winding conductor foils on which hollow pipelike terminals are mounted at both ends through an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A wide copper foil 15 is prepared, and hollow pipelike terminals 16a, 16b which become terminals are fixedly connected to the opposed side edges of the foil. Then, one side surface of a sheet made of the foil 15 and the terminals 16a, 16b is coated with a thermal curable adhesive 17 having electric insulator to obtain a blank sheet 18. The sheet 18 is then so spirally wound as to become a cylindrical state having a predetermined inner diameter, further heated to cure the adhesive 17 to obtain a cylindrical body 19, the body 19 is cut in a suitable axial thickness to obtain many coils 7. Since leads can be connected in a state that at least one connecting end is inserted into the terminal, the connecting state is rigidly stabilized.</p> |
