PURPOSE:To contrive the miniaturization of the device by providing both a transparent part and a filter part on a filter plate, attaching the filter plate to a filter frame for sliding in the direction intersecting orthogonally with an optical axis, and interlocking a variable diaphragm and the filter plate. CONSTITUTION:As for a filter plate 24, an LB filter film and a green reflection type band pass filter film are superposed and vapor-deposited on one side of a transparent glass plate, and said filter plate is held by a filter frame 60. To a rack 60a of the filter frame 60, a gear 62 connected to a stepping motor 61 is engaged, a fixing pin 63 is combined to a linear groove 60b and the filter frame 60 slides in the direction intersecting orthogonally with an optical axis L. Also, to a cam groove 64 of the filter frame 60, a pin 66 of a diaphragm plate 22 is fitted loosely, and to a cam groove 65, a pin 67 of a diaphragm plate 23 is fitted loosely. In the cam grooves 64, 65, horizontal parts 64a, 65a and inclined parts 64b, 65b are formed, and when a filter part is withdrawn from an optical path, the diaphragm plates 22, 23 are also withdrawn from the optical path, and when the diaphragm plates 22, 23 further move in a state that the filter part has entered completely into the optical path, they approach and control the light quantity. |
