PURPOSE:To obtain a stable effect of vibration proof by bringing an elastic material into contact from the opposite sides with the surface of a diaphragm which is to be prevented from vibrating, and by providing a pressure member which applies a pressure to the elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 2 is shaped in a truncated cone one end of which is opened, and a piezoelectric element 1 is bonded on the inner bottom surface thereof. The part on the open end side of the diaphragm 2 and a terminal block 5 are held in a cylindrical exterior case 9, and an elastic material 6 is disposed between the terminal block 5 and the diaphragm 2, while an annular elastic material 7 is provided on the outer side surface of the diaphragm 2. Moreover, an open part is provided in the case 9, and the inner edge part of this open part is formed as a calked part 10 pressing the circumferential periphery of the terminal block 5. The upper open end part of the case 9 is bent inward as a calked part 8 pressing the upper surface of the elastic material 7. In other words, the elastic material 6 is subjected to a uniform pressing force from the calked part 10 through the intermediary of the terminal block 5, while the elastic material 7 is subjected to a uniform pressing force from the calking part 8 and pressed uniformly on the outer side surface of the diaphragm 2. By making the elastic materials 6 and 7 contact with the opposite sides of the diaphragm 2, accordingly, a stable effect of vibration proof can be obtained.
