PURPOSE:To facilitate production of a pipe and laying thereof at a site and to enable stable transfer of heat, by a method herein a support material, integrally formed by means of a steel material part and the recessed part of an inner wall, is situated in a pipe. CONSTITUTION:A support wire 3 is formed of a linear material, e.g. resilient materials, rigid materials, for example, metallic steel wires, and the support wire having a specified length is situated throughout a steel material 2 and an recessed part 31 of the inner wall of a corrugation type heat pipe 1 in a state that it is spirally adhered to the recessed part of the inner wall. A support plate 4 is formed in a shape similar to a disc shape, and is formed by a metallic plate, a plastic plate, etc. The support plate has a notch 41 and is adhered to the steel material 2 in a state to nip the steel material by means of a notch bore part 42 so that it is prevented from being displaced in a longitudinal direction. An outer diameter part 43 of support plate is mounted in an adhering manner along the recessed part of the inner wall of the spiral corrugation type heat pipe in a manner that its plane is spirally inclined. This constitution enables support of the own weight of the heat pipe by means of the support material mounted in an adhered manner to the recessed part of the inner wall of the pipe, propagation of the weight to the longitudinally extending-through steel material, and support of the own weight of the pipe.
