PURPOSE:To enhance detecting sensitivity and to prevent the breakdown of a Josephson junction part, by constituting a detecting element with a ceramic superconductor polycrystalline thin film having specified compositions. CONSTITUTION:A detecting element is constituted with a ceramic superconductor polycrystalline thin film having compositions expressed by the formula I. In the Formula I, A is at least one kind of element, which is selected from among group Ia elements, group IIa elements and group IIIa elements in the periodic table. B is at least one kind of element, which is selected from among group Ib elements, group IIb elements and group IIIb elements in the periodic table. C is at least one kind of element, which is selected from among oxygen, fluorine, sulfur, carbon and nitrogen. Since this is a state, in which Josephson junctions of many grain boudaries are connected in series, detecting sensitivity can be enhanced. Since the entire body is formed with the ceramic superconductor, the Josephson junction part is not broken even with large temperature change. Thus the element becomes stable against the temperature change. |
