Device for obtaining a back-projected image from various projection sources. The invention relates to a transportable device composed of a case, in which the projector and a first optical mirror are housed. During operation, the case fits at the front face of the foldable part, giving the user direct control of the screen in order to make adjustments. The image leaving the first optical mirror is displayed on the translucent screen 4 after reflection on a larger optical mirror 15. The part 3 comprises seven hinges, the folding is such that the fragile parts, optical mirror 15, translucent screen 4, are protected by the uprights 13 and 18. The folded assembly has the form of a thin right-angled parallepiped. The device according to the invention is in particular intended for video projection users in showrooms. <IMAGE>
