PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of an image flow and a faded image at the time of repeatedly using the titled body by forming a protective layer by heat-treating at a temp. of more than a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is formed by laminating a Se type photosensitive layer 2, an intermediate layer 3 and the protective layer 4 in this order on a supporting body 1. And, said layer 4 is formed by dispersing an electrically conductive powder in a resin, followed by applying the obtd. dispersion on the layer 3 by spraying, etc., and then, by heat-treating it at a temp. of >=80 deg.C. Thus, the tendency for generating the image flow or the faded image, even in the case of increasing large numbers of copies by repeatedly using the titled body, is lessened. |
