A pair of iron reinforcing rods are connected by a coupler. The coupler, connecting circular pipes, has coil springs in the inner parts. The compression strength of the coil spring is greater than that of the steel bars and the coupler. By inserting both ends of the steel bars into the coupler, the power of the coupler and the pressure of the coil spring connect a pair of steel bars.
