PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction, by connecting at least one of the power supply line supplying a power supply current to the precharge circuit on a semiconductor chip and a GND line to a pad different from the pad for supplying the power supply current except the precharge circuit. CONSTITUTION:A captioned device has the constitution wherein at least one of the power supply line for supplying a power supply current exclusively for the precharge circuit on a semiconductor chip and a GND line is connected to a pad different from the pad for supplying the power supply current except the precharge circuit. Accordingly, when the large power supply current is to be supplied from the pads 17a and 17b through the power supply line 15a and the GND line 15b in order to perform high-speed precharge in the precharge circuit, no power supply current flows to the wiring resistances 18a and 18b. Thereby, the potential between A and B does not charge by the power supply current for precharge operation so as to generate no malfunction of an IC 12 by precharge operation.
