PURPOSE:To obtain a filmy food having uniform thickness and quality, by sandwiching a pasty food between a pair of films, pressing and heating the food and mechanically cutting into prescribed sizes. CONSTITUTION:A lower film 7 is taken out with a transfer means (belt conveyor) 2 and transferred at a definite speed. A pasty food is supplied to the surface of the film with a material feeder 8. An upper film 10 is laminated on the pasty food and is transferred at a speed equal to that of the lower film. The laminate is pressed with a pressing apparatus 11 from above to form the pasty food into a thin film. The pressed laminate is passed through a heating apparatus 13 and the heat-treated product is cut into prescribed sizes with cutters 14, 15. |
