PURPOSE:To simplify the whole of a circuit and to execute the constitution suitable to an integrated circuit by forming a horizontal blanking signal based on a saw-tooth-wave voltage signal synchronized to a horizontal synchronous signal. CONSTITUTION:When a color video signal VD1/VD2 is supplied to an input terminal 11, a saw-tooth-wave voltage signal SOS is obtained from a voltage control oscillating part 15 and a comparing outputting signal Sa which comes to be a high level while the level of the signal SOS comes to be the level or below of a voltage Vo+Va, is obtained from a level comparing part 18. A comparing signal Sb, which comes to be the high level while the signal SOS comes to be the level or above of a voltage Vo+Vb, is obtained from a level comparing part 19. Consequently, from a terminal 24, a horizontal blanking signal Sbk of the width corresponding while any of the signals Sa, Sb and a short wave voltage signal Sop is a high level is obtained. In a driving signal supplying part including a phase comparing part 25, a phase part 26, etc., a flyback pulse Sf synchronized to the signal Sbk is obtained. |
