PURPOSE:To reduce the air resistance by starting up both edges of a C-figure- shaped cut part which is cut long in the circumferential direction of a lattice in Venetian shutter form through bending. CONSTITUTION:A C-figure-shaped cut part is started, having a root part 5 as basic point from the point separated by at least the radius of a used fan motor from the point close to the center point. The inside edge surface 6a of a lattice 6 is finished with the axis line of the center point as basic point, and the inside edge surface 7a of the outside lattice 7 and the inside edge surface 6a of the inside lattice 6 are finished concentrically, having the axis line of the center point as the basic point. Therefore, the resistance of the lattice an be reduced markedly by setting the direction of the lattice in the direction of the discharged turning flow.
