PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition suitable as a skin product for external use such as cosmetic, containing unsaturated fats and oils and unsaturated surface active agent, capable of effectively suppressing formation of peroxide, containing vitamin E and soluble protein. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) one or more vitamins E selected from natural vitamin E, alpha, beta, gamma and delta-tocopherols and (B) soluble protein such as soluble collagen, keratin decomposition product, elastin decomposition product, albumin or casein. The amounts of the composition used are 0.0001-5.0wt.% based on sum of final product of the component A and 0.0001-3.0wt.% component B (as solid content). |
