PURPOSE:To enable a color image signal to be transmitted without filtering, by a method wherein after converting three or four pieces of color graphic data to raster data, image data swollen out from a frame on a CRT picture are outputted on another sheet. CONSTITUTION:Graphic data produced in a color graphic terminal 100 or a color graphic work station are interpolated with a host computer 101, and code data for representing a segment of a line are interpolated according to properties of the line. Furthermore, code data of font or the like are reproduced on a dot matrix, and stored in a main memory of the computer 101 according to color properties of the data. Then, remaining vector data in unreproduced area are stored in a divided frame memory following a layout in the same way. A controller 103 converts image data in image memories 104, 105, 106 to video signals in the order of cyan, magenta, and yellow with an output image circuit 200, and makes a color LP 108 output to obtain a full color print. |
