PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the initial synchronizing time for all general stations by providing a time slot for 1st initial synchronizing capable of being used by each general station in common and the 2nd initial synchronizing time slot capable of being used exclusively by a few general stations onto a TDMA (time division multiple address) frame. CONSTITUTION:A sequential initial synchronizing time slot SAW and parallel initial synchronizing time slots PAW1-PAWi are provided onto a TDMA frame. A general station transmission synchronizing control section 3 of a reference station outputs a parallel initial synchronizing command to general stations 1, 3, 5... and outputs a command of sequential initial synchronization execution to a general station 2. Each general station receiving the command executes the initial synchronization and when it is finished, the synchronizing burst signal is sent to a position of a time slot Si for synchronizing burst signal of its own station. Thus, the initial synchronizing system utilizing the TDMA frame effectively is realized.
