PURPOSE:To permit sure fixing of a dial and eventually watch movement by grasping the dial formed with a hook part to a casing ring and restricting the movement of the hook part in the outside direction by a watch case as an external member. CONSTITUTION:This timepieces has the watch movement 1 for driving the hour and minute hands, the dial 18 fixed to the movement 1, the watch case 5 as the external member and the casing ring 19 for fixing the movement 1 to the case 5. The hook part 19c is formed to the frame 19 and the dial 18 is grasped by this hook part 19c. The movement of the hook part 19c in the outward direction is restricted by the case 5.
