PURPOSE:To obtain a balanced cylindrical wound body with a bottomed cup by contacting a pair of roller engaging members with shoulders of a strand winding unit having shoulders at the axial end and engaging strands in a string aligned strip. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical jig 1 is composed of a cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3, the cylinder 2 has an inserting hole 4, and is able to be axially reciprocated to the outer cylinder 3. The bobbin 5 has shoulders 8 and opening end faces 9 at both axial ends, and a commutator 7 is extended toward the opening end face 9 of the bobbin 5. The strands 10 are aligned and wound obliquely to the axis of the peripheral surface 11 of the bobbin 5 between the shoulder 8 and the opening end face 9. Elastic rollers 12, 13 are provided as a pair of roller engaging members at the side of the shoulder 8 of the bobbin 5. |
