Wall component mfg. from light concrete - feeds concrete into moulds by overhead movable concrete distributor to level exceeding component thickness

Concrete is filled and compacted in moulds, dried, removed from the mould, and wall elemtns processed as required. The concrete is filled into the moulds by an overhead travelling distributor (1) to a level exceeding the element thickness. Then its compacted in the moulds by a vibrating roller (4), which can be raised clear of the distributor path. The filled mould is then transferred via a lifting table (5) to a drying tower (6), and finally removed from it via a lift and tipping table, together with the hardened wall element. ADVANTAGE - Continuous process without idle times, using a compact construction.
