PURPOSE:To mitigate the shocking force of a following member, by a method wherein the following member is arranged so as to receive a braking force due to an optimum magnetic coupling force when both of driving and following members, coupled magnetically, are drive toward a drive end. CONSTITUTION:When a movable member 8 is collided against one of driving ends or a seal member 38, a slider 32 moves by the inertia force thereof toward a position shown by a two-dotted chain line into a direction shown by a full line arrow sign in a diagram. However, both of the magnets 26, 29 are attracted magnetically with each other, therefore, a magnetic coupling force, having a tendency that the slider is held at the central part along the moving direction of the movable member 8, is being applied on the slider 32 and a braking force is applied in the direction or a broken line arrow sign in the diagram by the magnetic coupling force whereby a shocking force due to the inertia motion or the slider may be mitigated. Accordingly, the interruption of a magnetic coupling force between the movable member 8 and the slider 32 may be prevented.
