PURPOSE:To extend a pneumatic feeding distance of an optical fiber cable by performing pressure winding by a pressure winding fiber to the outside periphery of an aggregate which is aggregated an optical fiber of a single core or plural cores. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber cable is provided with a structure in which pressure winding by a pressure winding fiber 2 is performed to the outside periphery of an aggregate which is aggregated an optical fiber 1 of a single core or plural cores. Since pressure winding by the fiber is performed to the outside peripheral structure, the shape of the outside peripheral surface goes to uneven, and resistance force against a gas flow such as air, etc. increases. In such a way, a pneumatic feeding distance can be extended. Also, the contact part of the inside surface of a conduit line and the outside periphery of the optical fiber cable goes to only a projecting part of the pressure winding fiber 2 provided on the outside peripheral surface of the optical fiber cable, and a contact resistance can also be reduced.
