The invention relates to a folding-box conveyor apparatus with a suction gripper (6) movable to and fro between a receiving station (1) and a depositing station (2). To achieve a delay-free control of the suction gripper (6) by simple means which are safe against faults, the suction draught of the suction gripper (6) is controlled via a valve device (10, 11, 12, 13) which is carried by the movable holder (5) of the suction gripper (6) and which can be changed over by a spring (17) and at least one stationary control member, especially a control stop (18) (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
