PURPOSE:To suppress nonspecific agglutination reaction by incorporating chlorophyllin or the chelate compd. thereof into an aq. solvent for red cell agglutination reaction. CONSTITUTION:The chlorophyllin or the chelate compd. thereof is incorporated at 0.5-10mug/ml concn. into the aq. solvent for red cell agglutination reaction. The term chlorophyllin refers to chlorophyll (a), chlorophyll (b), chlorophyll (c), a chlorophyll (d), bacteriochlorophyll, bacteriopyridine, etc., and may be a mixture composed of one or >=2 kinds thereof. The chelate compd. thereof is a compd. bonded to iron, sodium, magnesium, copper, etc.
