PURPOSE:To prevent a peak pressure from being generated in a suction circuit side, by controlling an oil hydraulic pump to be driven only for the predetermined time if an accumulator pressure for high pressure use, when it is adjusted, reaches the preset value. CONSTITUTION:A controller 33 controls an oil hydraulic pump 21 to be driven being based on a signal from a pressure sensor 35 so that a pressure in an accumulator 26 for high pressure are reaches a preset high pressure value. If the pressure in the accumulator 26 reaches the preset value, the oil hydraulic pump 21, while it decreases its delivery pressure, is driven by the predetermined time. Accordingly, a pressure oil in a delivery circuit 23 is allowed to tend flowing reversely to a suction circuit 25 but returned to an accumulator 29 for low pressure use by the delivery pressure of the pump 21. Consequently, a peak pressure is prevented from being established in a side of the suction circuit 25 immediately after the oil hydraulic pump is stopped.
