For cleaning of endoscopes (1) the flexible part (6) of the endoscope is pushed into a pipe (10). Pressurised cleaning fluid is guided directly into the working channel (7, 9) of the endoscope via connections (13, 14), on the one hand, and into an interspace (11) between the pipe (10) and the outer wall of the endoscope, on the other hand. A flow interruption at the distal end (8) of the cleaning fluid flowing through the interspace (11) results in a reduced pressure which also acts upon the distal end of the working channel (7) and sucks off the cleaning fluid at that point. <IMAGE> |
