This invention is a duel combustion control system. The opening degree of a fuel control valve and a air control valve are automatically controled on the basis of data showing the relationship between the opening degree of a fuel control valve and the fuel flow rate; by data showing the relationship between the opening rate of an air control damper and the air flow rate; and by data showing the relationship between the fuel flow rate and excess air ratio. A compensation coefficient is calculated based on the estimated flow rate, and the actuel fuel flow rate is controled on the basis of the coefficient also, the actuel fuel flow rate and the air flow rate are controled depending on the predetermined relationship of valves between the estimated excess air ratio and the desired excess air ratio.
