PURPOSE:To reduce malfunction due to noise through a power wire or the like by connecting an electrode of a capacitor provided for offset voltage com pensation due to feed-through not to be connected to an input terminal of a differential amplifier to an output of a D/A converter. CONSTITUTION:MISFETS M11-M15 constitute a complementary MISFET differ ential amplifier. The electrode of the capacitor C12 provided for countermeasuring the feed-through toward the differential amplifier is charged through a switch S14 by a voltage dividing value by resistors R11, R12, and the other electrode is connected to an output VDA of the D/A converter 1 direct ly. Thus, no special circuit is required to be added and the immunity of the sample-hold type succesive approximation. A/D converter due to noise having a voltage output D/A converter is enhanced by baving only to change the wire system.
