PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation of an energy storage device by connecting a flexible porous weight loaded part to the lower part of a shell-like part, and interconnecting a gas feeding and taking-out pipeline to the shell-like part. CONSTITUTION:A flexible porous weight loaded part 40 is connected to the lower part of a shell-like part 12. A weight 42 is loaded on this weight loaded part 40. A gas feeding and taking-out pipeline 18 is interconnected to this shell- like part 12. And, at time of energy storage due to surplus power at night, pressure air is fed therein via the pipeline, while this pressure air is taken off at daytime and power generation takes place. With this constitution, an energy storage device is easily installable.
