In a safe process for cleaning surfaces, a powerful propelled fluid, namely air and/or water, is conducted at a reducible pressure through a jet hose to the surface to be cleaned with care. Other cleaning or preserving additives way be mixed with the propelled fluid. It is possible to rapidly relieve the jet hose when the work is interrupted, by abruptly evacuating the pressurized propelled fluid near the inlet to the lose. The safety cleaning device for carrying out this process has a propelled fluid pipe (35) with a stop valve (23) and a flow control valve (3) to reduce the pressure, branches (20) and (14) for introduction of the additives, and an outlet (16) to which the jet hose is connected. An additional outlet (19) for rapid pressure relief is connected with a device for protection against spray and dust comprising a deflector (46) and an elastic sheath (45). |
