PURPOSE:To enable attainment of a critical temperature by liquid nitrogen, etc., by using rare earth oxide containing a prescribed ratio of yttrium oxide, barium oxide and copper oxide as starting raw materials. CONSTITUTION:The aimed superconducting ceramic is formed by using mixed rare earth oxides containing 3-97wt.% yttrium, barium oxide and copper oxide as starting raw materials. The raw materials are calcined in an oxygen atmosphere. Then the calcine is pulverized and burned to provide the lamellar perovskite-type superconducting ceramic. |
