PURPOSE:To prevent friction in the inside of a bearing and environmental pollution with no lubrication by using a self-lubricity compound resin for a retainer, in a rolling bearing such as a bearing for a tenter clip of a drawing device for plastic film. CONSTITUTION:An inner race 10 of this bearing is consisted of silicon nitride or SIALON and an outer race 11 is consisted of, for example, high speed tool steel and they are made thick. A rolling body 12 is made of stainless steel. A retainer 13 is made of self-lubricity compound resin which is comprised by adding about 30% of glass fiber and about 20% of tungsten powder to tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer (hereinafter called PFA resin). This retainer 13 is divided in two pieces in the axial direction and assembled through caulking a rivet 14 after assembling the bearing. Also, shielding plates 15 made of steel plate are provided on both end parts of the outer race 11.
