PURPOSE:To suppress the variance of a sensitivity distribution, and to reduce a ring-like false image in a CT image by changing a reflection factor of all or a part of a reflecting film of an X-ray incident side of a phosphor. CONSTITUTION:By incident rays, a phosphor 203 emits light, and it is detected by a photoelectric transducer 207. On an X-ray incident side of the phosphor 203, the upper face reflecting film 101 is provided by sheet-like placing, printing, vapor-deposition, etc. The upper face reflecting film is set to a black or intermediate reflection factor. Also, in accordance with a difference, etc. of a sensitivity distribution of the end part, a photoabsorption band is provided on the upper face reflecting film by a means of printing, etc. In such a way, the variance of the sensitivity distribution caused by contamination of the phosphor, a difference of the sensitivity distribution of the end part, etc., can be suppressed, and a ring-like false image in a CT image can be reduced.
