PURPOSE:To shorten washing and dryig of a plate, enable regeneration and recovery of a waste liquid, and by thus enable realization of close processes of wahing and drying of the plate by using flon liquid as a washing solvent, and by collecting and condensing the flon vaporized from the plate during the drying process after the washing. CONSTITUTION:After a plate P impregnated with an active material undergoes formation, the plate P is washed in a washing vessel 3 containing a flon liquid 4 used as a washing solvent. After that, the plate P is dried in a drying vessel 6 equipped with a heater 7, and it is wound around a winding drum 2. The drying vessel 6 and washing vessel 3 are semiclosed by means of a cover 6' and a cover 3', respectively, in order to prevent the solvent 4 from flowing toward outside these vessels. Besides, the flon evaporated within the drying vessel 6 flows through a line 8, is regenerated by means of a condenser 9 and a filter 10, and is recovered within the washing vessel 3. |
