摘要 PURPOSE:To enable formation of tough fluorescent coating on the surface of ceramics, glass or enameled ware, by blending glaze with a fluorescent solution of oxide having a specific particle diameter and low-melting glass having a lead content of <= a specific amount in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent glaze containing 100pts.wt. fluorescent substance of oxide having <=10.0mu average particle diameter and 5-300pts.wt. low-melting glass having <=10.0wt.% lead content is printed on the surface of ceramics, glass or enameled ware, which are calcined. The fluorescent glaze will be not oxidized, be not decomposed and be not reacted with glass components at high temperature during calcination, fluorescence will be not extremely deteriorated and durability will not become insufficient after calcination. Consequently, a tough fluorescent coating film having excellent weather resistance, heat resis tance and wear resistance, improved luminescence, heavy feeling of quality and richly coloring properties can be formed on the surface of a substrate such as ceramics, glass or enameled ware.
