PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify loading and unloading work of a carrier by composing of the guide rail at the end of a carrier path forming a loading and unloading port of said carrier with non-magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:At the opening B of a carrier path 1, a non-magnetic material is used for guide rails 12c, 12d. Therefore, when the operation of a magnetic supporting unit 31 is stopped and a carrier 15 is taken out from the opening B for maintenance, inspection and other purposes, the magnetic force of a permanent magnet 53 does not work on the guide rails 12c, 12d. Consequently, even if a longitudinal wheel 45a' is not positioned below said guide rails 12c, 12d, the magnetic supporting unit 31 is not directly stuck to the guide rails 12c, 12d and the carrier 15 can be taken out without paying hardly any attention to the parallelism of the carrier 15 to the guide rails 12c, 12d.
