PURPOSE:To produce an accurate plate making instruction form with small labor by performing input of line drawings, patterns and characters and laying out them via a layout device with reference to the display of a display device. CONSTITUTION:An operator performs input of the line drawing data, the pattern data and the character data via each input device and stored in a CPU 107 as the vector data, the pattern data and the raster data and the character code data respectively. Then the operator inputs a desired layout instruction via a layout device 104. A CPU 107 performs layout of line drawings, patterns and characters based on said layout instruction and displays the layout pictures on a display device 105. When the final layout is decided, the CPU 107 extracts the plate making instruction data to give it to a plate making instruction form output device 106. The device 106 outputs the plate making instruction form. |
