A seal between the rod and cylinder is formed by a cup-shaped member (59) presenting an inwardly-projecting skirt (63) that functions as a one-way check valve. A second or inner seal (65) may be optionally placed within the cup-shaped member to form a lubricant-retaining chamber.</p> |
