摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent excess or short bypass expansion by controlling the quantity of bypass expansion based on a bypass expansion traffic and a bypass expansion call number. CONSTITUTION:If a relay line 6 is in congestion, a management equipment of a communication network commands bypass expansion. Thus, when the bypass expansion is decided to have a call number N and a traffic A, the call number N is given to a control line 39 of a call number controller 21 and the traffic A1 being an integral number is fed to an input 40 of a traffic controller 22. A call fed to a control line 31 acquires the relay line 6 and if the relay line 6 is busy, an overflow call takes place and fed to a control line 31. When a call is fed to the control line 32, a call number controller 21 is operated to pass the call number according to the call number N given to the input 39. On the other hand, the traffic controller 22 suppresses the traffic to be A1 or below regardless of the input traffic. Thus, the excess or shortage bypass expansion of the call number and traffic are prevented.
