PURPOSE:To pick out a message in a voice mail by sending the identification signal of a pocket beeper terminal from the mousepiece of a telephone set and providing a means which receives the identification signal on a system side. CONSTITUTION:A pocket beeper subscriber sends the identification signal stored in a pager terminal 17, i.e. the identification signal of the pager terminal which is intermitted repeatedly at a specific frequency to the mouthpiece of a general telephone set 18 by turning on a switch. The sent identification signal is connected to a paging exchange 6 through a subscriber circuit 16, a LS exchange 15, and further an outgoing trunk 14 and an incoming trunk 11, so that the signal is inputted to a toner receiver 13. The input identification signal of the pager terminal 17 is analyzed by a paging exchange 6. Then the connection is changed to a voice mail device 12 and the pocket beeper subscriber can listen to the message. |
