PURPOSE:To have confectionary restored to an aligned state as in the former state again even its alignment is temporarily disarrayed by making a circulating belt, suspending each lifting plate at regular intervals, run in the same direction synchronously with a conveyor. CONSTITUTION:When a lifting plate 7 on a circulating belt 6 is moved up to spot of 7-1, the center of gravity of the lifting plate 7 gets out of an engaged pin whereby the lifting plate largely turns and drops, coming into a vertical state as shown in 7-2, it goes down according to circulation of the circulating belt as keeping its attitude intact. The lifting plate 7 will not meet such a fear that it collides with confectionary (a) in the point midway in its descent and its falling motion is hindered, whereby it goes down up to the vicinity of the top of a conveyor 2 between sweets, and in this state, the confectionary on the conveyor 2 and the lifting plate on the circulating belt 6 both continue to move in the same direction. Even if a process disarraying alignment of the confectionary is interposed in the midway of the movement, the disarray of alignment is remedied by the lifting plate 7 being moved under regular intervals, so that it is restored to the original alignment.
